    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I created a simple layout with a title on top of a rectangle.&amp;nbsp; I want to use the same formatted rectangle for my other layout. In Arcmap I would just copy it from the layout in one mxd and into another layout in another mxd.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't seem to work in ArcPro.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
