I have to publish a shapefile, a raster, and an elevation surface. The shapefile published as Feature Layer (hosted). But the raster and the elevation surface published as tile package and cant open it in scene viewer.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The error is my account doesnt have privilege to publish tiles.
