      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you mean the version administered by your educational institution, I would contact your site admin.&amp;nbsp; The university I teach at in Canada, enables the students to get ArcInfo aka Advanced 10.3 and Pro plus a whack of extensions.&amp;nbsp; We also have a licence for arcgis online to facilitate courses/students accessing it.&amp;nbsp; Your best advice would be to find out the 'who' at your institute...start with the library and your computing people...sometimes Geography...nothing is fixed, or just call your regional office and ask them​&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
