      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P style="background: white;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black;"&gt;I am using ArcGIS pro 2.0 with 3D analyst extension, and i have created a tin layer including elevation data.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="background: white;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black;"&gt;But i&amp;nbsp;have no idea why the profile graph is showing zero ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black;"&gt;The blue profile line is created by ready-to-use tools "Profile"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="background: white;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; background: white;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black;"&gt;When i was using ArcMap, profile can be created by using 3D analyst toolbar.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; background: white;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black;"&gt;Thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; background: white;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10.0pt; color: black;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Use the simple field calculator expressions&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;!Shape.centroid.X!,&amp;nbsp;!Shape.centroid.Y! and&amp;nbsp;!Shape.centroid.Z!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a featureclass I assume and not something else&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I trimmed of 3 lines for the function, so add them as in this image to initialize the start values for the distance calculation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="" class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/384090_cumulative_dist_fieldcalc.png" style="height: 806px;" width="304" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;June... you should mark the question answer with the answer that worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the 10 points issue... since it only took 10 points to produce the line, it has captured all the inflection point, so adding more won't add anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you insist on doing this anyway, you will have to &lt;A href="http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/tool-reference/editing/densify.htm"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;densify&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; the polyline (there is a Geodetic Densify in the same area)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Explode to points as before, repeat the calculations and redo the length.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sooooo, if the extra points won't improve the graph, I see little point &lt;IMG src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/emoticons/wink.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
