I created a buffer around point features. Now I want to combine the two into one feature class still keeping the point or centroid visible since my buffer was 200'. Is this possible?

Think it's not possible, but why not buffer your points again with a very small distance?

Not following. I want the buffer ring visible as we used Quick Capture for transmission line patrol. Depending when they snapped the issue, it could be between two different structures. More or less, I would like the buffer tied to that point to disappear with the same definition query.
