Add recent locations option to Add Data Tab, is this a option?

I’m wondering if there's a option to add recent locations to the Directory tree when using the Add Data Tab of loading Data into a map. It appears it always defaults to the home directory, which forces me to browse back thru my Hard Drives Directories to get back to the dir that I’m loading my data from.

I do realize using the project\locations pane will accomplish this.

I would vote up this idea. Why would this change - this has been the behavior in ArcMap and is the Windows standard since pre-history. Well, almost pre-history.
