    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;you said in the project pane though... from the properties dialog in the map of the selected layer....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My preference is to have Windows explorer open as well, then I will always know the path to the project folder, then if 'stuff' is in a geodatabase, I will know where that is, then which layer is in each folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than that... If I really know where everything is... I write a little code snippet and grab the paths, names and properties.... (hovering is good though...)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess&amp;nbsp;it can't do that. My problem is I have the same folder names on different drives and scrolling though is tedious and confusing when you are in a hurry or very busy. ArcMap basically has ArcCatalog built in so paths are visible. I might post on Ideas to have a view option that allows paths to be shown, I'm sure they are saving that for a later release.
