Jumping in Map View?

For whatever reason, whenever I have the map view open and I press any key on the keyboard, the map pans a set distance north. Obviously, I would like to turn this off, but I have no idea how to do so!

That is really strange behavior. What version of Pro do you have? And is it any key? Is this process always repeatable?

I'm using version 1.3.0 and it happens consistently with any key on the keyboard and it always pans the map upward.

Is it possible for you to upgrade to 1.4 (or even 1.3.1)?

Does this happen on every project? Or does it happen with any new map that you insert?

So it was happening on every project. I made the jump to 1.4.0 and it was still happening as well... until I started messing around and started panning the view with the arrow keys, then hitting page up/page down, and then shift... That's pretty much all I can remember, but now everything is working as intended. I don't have much clue as to what triggered/untriggered this, but right now I'm just happy everything is back to normal.
