I want to find the shortest driving path from multiple points to a plant.</P><P></P><P>I obtained the road shapefile from OpenStreetMap via Bbbike extract. The network dataset created from that shapefile has 3 attributes: Length (costs), Minutes (costs), Oneway (restriction).There is only global turns as the turn source, the restricted turns is not available. The hierarchy is also not available. </P><P>I tried both to load locations from my .cvs file and select the stops myself but it shows the message below</P><P><IMG class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/410683_pastedImage_1.png" /></P><P>Does anyone know what is missing here?
