Limited View of Point Labeling?

Hi,

I am trying to make labels for my point feature class. It is very easy - just turn on the Label by ObjectID!

However, I want to make a limited view of the labeling, which is like labeling not all object IDs but just some of them.

For example, I have 25 points with Object IDs 1-25. I don't want to label all of them like above.

I just want a crowded area's (e.g. points 20-25) labels to omit the intermediate values (e.g. points 22,23, and 24).
