    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;So you have a mix of positive and negative 'X' values? or how were they originally designated (-ve for East, +ve for West, if the coordinates are in decimal degrees and a GCS (geographic coordinate system)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Zero meridian is 0 degrees longitude can we assume?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Points not Plotting past Zero Meridian</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone see this before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The points are not showing up on the map. They are there in the attribute table and when I click on the record in the Attribute table it zooms be to the correct location but nothing is there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything to the East of the Zero Meridian shows up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems weird.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/452674_pastedImage_1.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adam&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
