    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;In ArcGIS Pro 2.3.2, when I change the source the spatial reference does not change to the new source.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was expecting the behavior to update to the spatial reference of the source.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a lapse in updating or by design?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Let me make sure I understand the scenario too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have a layer in a map (or scene). You change the source data of the layer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are the two source datasets using the same data format (raster/tiff vector/file gdb feature class)? What is the data format? I have 2 feature classes in the same geodatabase and it still says that I have different spatial references after I have changed them to match each other??? Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
