Feature class geometry doesnt match rule packages input geometry

I am trying to use the Procedural Symbol in ArcPro. I have some polygons in a 3D layers section of the content pane... and I have written a rule (and shared as rule package) that simply extrudes a polygon based on the HEIGHT field in the polygon's att table. However when I assign the .rpk file to the polygon symbol....I get the error "Feature class geometry doesn't match rule packages input geometry"

What do i do?

Try saving your .rpk file in another location. For example if I try to access my .rpk file stored on OneDrive it will give that error however if I save that same file to my Desktop and then try to loading the Rule again, it will work.
