Edit data from table using Tasks

Hi,

I am searching for a way to do the following in ArcGIS Pro.

We would like our users to be able to create a new row in a table (not feature class) and fill in data. Prefereably in the ArcGIS Pro tasks UI, as the users do other tasks already in ArcGIS Pro tasks. I imagine something like this:

And then when the user presses Create new, it will show something like this:

And then when pressing Run, it should save the data in the table (The datamodel has more fields – this is just rough wireframing).

The thing that comes closest is the Attributes command, but it dosent give the option to create a new record. And the Create command will only work with feature classes.

Any ideas?
