    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.3.0 on a local machine that meet the technical requirements.... But every time I insert a mapview to the project and try to add data to it the whole application freeze and I have to kill the process from taskmanager.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It doesn't matter if I create a new project or try to open an excisting one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the options menu I have set the default basemap to "None".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm running windwos 10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone who have had the same problem??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bad install perhaps, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, select Repair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work, clean all vestiges of Pro from your machine and reinstall (remove... means get rid of any addons/ins anything that you installed to use with Pro, and clean your registry and User folder)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
