    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The tabs related to the different active panes like Geoprocessing, Catalog, Symbology etc become docked on the right or the bottom.&amp;nbsp; See attached.&amp;nbsp; Is it possible to fix them in one place and/or move them from the bottom to the right?&amp;nbsp; The attached image shows tabs on the bottom and right.&amp;nbsp; I would like to fix them on the right and not have them move back and forth which happens without a reason I understand.&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
