Cannot Successfully Export Layout: ArcGIS Pro 2.6.2 - Isolated Incident

I have a layout I want to export to PDF.

First Export Attempt:

When I close out the Pro Project and the Folder containing the project I am prompted with this message:

I get this message when I attempt to delete the PDF when Pro is still open:

Second Export Attempt: Output as Image

Third Export Attempt: PDF Layers Only:

The theme data for the map are polylines that are exported copies from a GDB on our local network. The original data has a single calculation attribute rule, but when exporting the selections it is not carried over.

The other data in the map is from our local network and single layer is from our SDE.

Note I can create a new project and export to PDF just fine and all other projects, layouts or map files can export to PDF.

I have recreated this layout numerous time with the same result.

I can export to JPEG and other formats and even print the map frame to PDF, just not export to PDF with this specific layout and data.

Am stumped by what could be causing this.
