      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi John-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In ArcGIS Pro this setting exists as the &lt;STRONG&gt;Angle alignment&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;property. You can choose to align symbols to the &lt;EM&gt;map&lt;/EM&gt; instead of the &lt;EM&gt;display&lt;/EM&gt;.
