Create deep learning model esri_accumulated_stats.json error

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to create a deep learning model by following the instructions which are described in Use Deep Learning to Assess Palm Tree Health | Learn ArcGIS . In 3rd step, I have the following error:

I used Export Training Data for Deep Learning tool in ArcGIS Pro to create samples for deep learning model. Output folder of the tool contains following files:

I have only recently started in deep learning and I cannot find any information about esri_accumulated_stats.json file. The instruction that I follow has no information about this .json file. The instruction is:

I would be appreciate if you could share your comments and suggestions to overcome this problem.
