In Pro 2.3.2, with a map with one SDE layer and no base map, when I go into Cat view, and select show metadata -> Geography, the grey canvas base map turns on as expected. When I go back to my map, the grey canvas is now listed in the TOC twice. I can't find this in the release notes, was this a new feature added at 2.3? When I have World Topo as a the base map in the map, this doesn't happen.

<video-js data-video-id="6162657656001" data-account="6161463677001" data-player="default" data-embed="default" class="vjs-fluid" controls="" data-application-id="" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;"></video-js>
(view in My Videos)
