When we copy our project onto another server, and open it with ArcGIS Pro, we notice a considerable delay. Looking at the packets, it seems as if ArcGIS initiates a request to a number of CDNs (amazonaws, cloudfront, akamai) that the application terminates, then initiates again about 30 seconds later. Our vendor is behind a PaloAlto firewall that does not block outbound traffic. When we move the project to another server, outside of our own network and the new IT vendor, we do not have this issue.
