Error Publishing to ArcGIS Server in ArcGIS Pro 2.4

Good morning

I am getting an error message when publishing a server to from Pro 2.4.

The error message I am getting in Pro is:

InProgressStatusMessage: ERROR 999999: Error executing function.

InProgressStatusMessage: Bad Syntax in request. (status code 400)

InProgressStatusMessage: Failed to execute (Publish Service Definition)

InProgressStatusMessage: Failed at <Time>

InProgressStatusMessage: Failed

InProgressStatusMessage: Server-side publishing failed

InProgressStatusMessage: Publishing tool execution failed

FailedStatusMessage: Failed to publish map serviceErrorMessage: Failed to publish map service

The error message I am getting in ArcGIS Server Manager is the following.

I have attempted to start and restart the PublishingTools on hosting server manager.

I don't have access to unregistering/reregistering datastore with hosting server.

I also don't have access to hosting server admin.

Any tips/tools in terms of what is causing the error message and possible solutions? Thanks for your assistance.
