Hi Appreciate this thread but I am unable to turn off multiple items in the legend using Shift/Cntrl in the same way I can turn off multiple items in the map layers. I am using version 2.1.2.

Thanks!

Yes, you can turn off the different legend labels. To do that you will need to select legend items in the Contents pane under the legend (don't get that confused with the layers in the map). Then open the properties pane and you will find checkboxes to turn off the headings, etc. Note: you can do this for multiple items at once by selecting multiple legend items in the Content pane, using the Shift key and/or Ctrl key to multi-select.

OK, so I do not see any legend items in my Contents pane. That is what was

confusing me in the instructions. There is nothing to click on.

No worries. I almost mentioned you might have to expand the legend in the Contents pane.
