    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This seems to me like an ArcPro equivalency issue where it does not handle your scenario as well in Pro compared to ArcMap.&amp;nbsp; I would create an incident with ESRI tech support to see if they can replicate this issue and consider it a bug as it seems like the functionality is better in ArcMap since you get some results as opposed to the tool failing to run.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pro gave an error of "2 points are required" I'm pretty sure it did not work because there was not a recovery point for every theft point.&amp;nbsp; ArcMap must skip creating a line in this case while Pro fails.&amp;nbsp; Is there a better way to create a line connecting two points?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
