Failed to publish web layer

Hi all

I'm try to publish a web feature layer to my organization's portal. The SharingJobLog show Successfully staged service, Publishing web layer failed (AGO), Publishing tool execution failed. the layer i want to publish has about 1054084 polygons. The setting is as below. I try to publish a layer about 20000 polygons, and it is success in publish, so what could be the problem make the work fail? is that too many polygons in this layer?

thanks, but i'm using ArcGIS pro, so is there also a MXD problem?

No, I sent this because the workaround may fit also in your case (use Gloabl ID and split the table Split the table to 750,000 records)
