      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows drivers are not necessarily up to date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get an update notice from my manufacturer(s) whenever an update is available.&amp;nbsp; Mind you, I register my products which is not something that is routine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
