    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yep, here's the response from &lt;A href="https://community.esri.com/group/1759"&gt;Esri Technical Support&lt;/A&gt;‌:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE class="jive_macro_quote jive-quote jive_text_macro"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt;"&gt;Unfortunately it looks like the Data Clock is not designed to chart by hour at this time. We can definitely put in an enhancement request for that functionality, as well as being able to manually change the intervals. Please let me know if you would like to proceed with the Enhancement.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, how is this a clock!?
