Differences in Calculating Area in ArcGIS Pro

I am trying to calculate the area of a polygon in ArcGIS Pro and am getting a different value in Calculate Geometry in Pro:

ArcGIS Pro Calculate Geometry in Attribute Table: 2.89 acres

ArcGIS Pro Measure > Measure Features Ribbon Tool: 0.27 acres

ArcGIS Pro Field Calculate (!shape.area@acres!) in Attribute Table: 0.27 acres

ArcGIS Map Calculate Geometry in Attribute Table: 0.27 acres

The map and the layer is in "NAD 1983 StatePlane Michigan North FIPS 2111 (Intl Feet)".

I wonder if it's related to calculating Area vs. Area (geodesic)?

How was the polygon created? I had a similar problem that resulted after I used the Union tool on two separate layers. I put the output in the Coordinate System I wanted, but I didn't project the layers initially before using the Union tool, so that caused issues. Maybe "starting fresh" would help?

Appears to be a bug and will be fixed in 2.6.1.
