topic Raster calculator: excluding no data pixels in ArcGIS Pro Questions

In ArcGIS Pro, is there a way in the Raster Calculator to exclude the no-data pixels that are defined in my raster as 65535? I see there is a mask option, is that my only option is to create a mask?

Failing to do so converts the 65535 to a float number which then I cannot select as no data in symbology as you can see in the atached document.

Here I mocked up a raster where nodata values are 65535

Use Reclassify—Help | ArcGIS Desktop (either Spatial Analyst or 3D Analyst) to reclassify those cells to NoData:

Does that work for you?
