      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have an educational license for ArcGIS pro. However, after installing when I try to log-in, I am getting an error message saying, "Your account cannot be used to authorize ArcGIS Pro, because it is an ArcGIS public account." Any solutions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
