security alert when sharing to portal

Hi all,

We have set up a federated portal in AWS. All working well, no login issues, certificates have been assigned to Portal and ArcGIS Server, however when we try to share a web map or layer I get this alert. I can simply hit yes and it works however before we roll ArcGIS Pro out to staff I would like to resolve issue.

I have viewed the certificate and it is the same one that is registered against the AGS Enterprise.

Is there somewhere else the certificate needs to be registered?

As an FYI, we have installed the certificate on the PC in the trusted root certificate folder and it is working fine.

Can you please confirm if this has to be done a standard install so we can add to the deployment package or can this be resolved at the server leverl?
