3D Interior Mapping- on Slope

I am not sure what space this belongs in. GIS Indoors 3D

I have some buildings in my city that I have the interior drawn.

I want to make a websence like this:

The problem is that we do not live in a flat city like the example above.

Here the building on the left all have the same height wall attribute but they do not display that way.

Here the floors do not line up

I can get the height extruded well enough by using a height factor. But then the bottom of the walls do not line up with the next floors walls.

Is there any way to make both the top and the bottom of the walls be equal for the whole building?
