      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Append tool will copy all (or selection) features from one feature class to another and as long as the attributes match, all data will transfer as well.&amp;nbsp; If the attributes don't match up you can map them within the Append tool.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
