Are there any plans from Esri to have even higher-resolution imagery? I would appreciate your help.

There is quite a bit of ambiguity in the statement, "that I can use," when it comes to imagery and map scales. What exactly do you want to use it for? What size objects are you looking to be clearly discernible?

Looking at the ASPRS 1990 Legacy Standard, since map scale isn't directly associated with pixel size in newer standards, a pixel size of 0.625 cm has an associated map scale 1:50. It isn't to say that 5 cm imagery can't be used at 1:50 map scale, but the imagery is pixelated.

On the surface, no pun intended, it seems you are asking for imagery with 1 cm or sub-centimeter pixel resolution. Imagery of that nature is quite expensive, so it will be a while before map/image services with that resolution become common.

Hi Joshua, thanks for your reply, now it is more clear for me how does this works. This imagery is going to be used to print some maps on a 24x36 sheet.

I think my original comments are more important than my questions. In short, you are not going to find free imagery or image/map services with pixel resolutions much better than 50 cm. If you aren't willing to pay for imagery of your area of interest, then the short answer to your question is, no. If you are willing to pay for imagery, you should determine the highest resolution imagery that will meet your need because the cost of acquiring imagery goes up as the pixel resolution decreases. You could check out GIS Data samples | Bluesky International Limited to get some 12.5 cm, 25 cm, and 50 cm imagery samples to help you identify what resolution you can work with.
