      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, schema locks are not the case (I'm referring to "read only" because of another user of the project.) It affects all writing tools inside the gdb. Every time.&amp;nbsp;Although there's a general&amp;nbsp;permission to write data to the drive e.g. shp-Export is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
