I'm trying to change the draw order of feature classes in ArcGIS Pro. In the attached image, the feature class "Maint_Zone_text" is below the "Main" feature class, however, the label for "Maint_Zone_text" (large 7000 orange text) is above the data for the "Main" feature class(red polylines). Is there a way to get the 7000 label below the red polylines? Thanks in advance.

Yes, one route to consider is to convert your labels to an annotation feature class. You can read more about the geoprocessing tool here. Once that is completed, then you can move the annotation feature class below the "Main" feature class so the anno draws before the "Main" feature class. Hope this helps!
