For example, I want to add shadows to building polygons with the move effect but I only want that effect to turn on and change the offset size as I zoom in farther on the map. I see this is a setting that is possible in vector tile maps, but I can't figure out how to replicate this setting in Pro. Attached is a screenshot of this setting in your Light Gray Canvas vector basemap.
