Errors in analyzing solar radiation on buildings

Hi all,

When I want to apply Calculate Solar Radiation | ArcGIS for Local Government to my work, I got this errors which could not help to continue the process. I tried to read the error discription but unfortunately was not able to solve it.

Is there any suggestion to solve this problem and continuing the work please?

Here is the error pages:

000210: Cannot create output <value>.—Help | ArcGIS Desktop

000229: Cannot open <value>.—Help | ArcGIS Desktop

I would begin by changing the saving destination and shorten the output filename. The error is a cascading one relating to the saving location and name. try not to work in the '... Users.... folder' and don't use defaults for filenames, sometimes the names are too long if saving to things such as rasters, particularly esri grid format

I have changed the names and moved the whole folder to the desktop and run it again. Unfortunately, the same errors come again with no improvement

Any suggestion please?

try a real folder c:\test\project... where is B2_10_cleaned coming from? it is neither an input or an output... So repeating the same thing over until that is resolved will not move anything forward since something is obvioiusly missing and/or alreadty exists,
