Collector App field notes category names not updating

I created a field notes map for my organization, and I changed the category names online. When I try to collect a new feature in the field, the category names still say the default "Category 1" "Category 2" names. How do I get the collector app to display the names that I changed online?

Hi Catrina,

I think this is controlled under Feature Templates for the layer - to change this, open the layer in a web map > Edit > Manage (button at the bottom of the dialog) > Click on the drop down for each Category number > Properties >> Change the Label > > Repeat the same for the next Category > > When you've finished each category, Save Changes > Save the web map > View the changes in Collector.
