This only occurs with pdf export, and tiff/jpg work though there are business reasons to have a pdf. I've tried switching the color template from RGB to CMYK which doesn't export anything at all, changing dpi, and various pdf settings. Is this a bug with Pro? Why would some labels export and others not? Any suggestions on how to fix/export the map?
