The "Identifying...." window comes up for 7 seconds trying to find a point to identify. I'd like to stop this behavior.&nbsp;</P><P></P><P>I've tried:</P><P>Turning off the pop-ups on the base layer.&nbsp;</P><P>Choosing every option under the "Explore" tool. Every option triggers the "Identifying..." window except "No popups",&nbsp;</P><P></P><P>Last I tried turning all other layers off aside from one.
