I couldn’t figure out if there is a way to add the “share as web map” tool on the drop down menu while right clicking the Map

It makes sense where it is to me.... 1, 2, 3

duplicating functionality all over the place, takes away from the builtin organization that exists within Pro

It is very often to have the same tool in ribbon and on the right click. For me, tools on the right click gives much more sense. For example, “export to file” tool is available in the ribbon as well as on the right click

Jamal - you are correct that there is no context menu item for Share as Web Map while there are other options that duplicate workflows in other context menus. My guess is different teams working on different items. Not sure if later versions of AGP will add this functionality to a context menu. For now one option to consider is add the Share as Web Map to the Quick Access toolbar (upper left of AGP). Here you can add commands and/or GP tools to the toolbar for...quick access.
