Date Panel in Arcgis Pro from a toolbox

Hello,

I have created a toolbox in Arcgis Pro containing a variable called Start_Date as Date format to help the user adding dates into a table. This is to be used in ESRI Tasks workflow.

However the predefined value for Date Panel is Date and Time.

Is there any possibility to change by default the panel to be only Date?.

In addition I would like to ask if there is any possibility to change Date format , at the moment is in MM/DD/YYYYY, I would like to be in YYYY-MM-DD. In theory picks up the setting from Windows Settings, however we have our System Settings as English Regional Time, not American.

In Pro, if you go to the Project section, under Options, Language... is yours set to Match Windows?

I have checked and the option Match Microsoft Windows is ticked, however still apearing English (United States)??
