    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a problem that appears suddenly, not every Run session.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's similar as described here&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.esri.com/thread/23509"&gt;https://community.esri.com/thread/23509&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;but now in ArcGIS Pro&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have two feature classes one with larger polygons another with smaller. Tried to convert smallers to point - same problem. Should be no scale conditions as was mentioned in the post above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's a decision for solving that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be that the two are in different coordinate systems and hence their spatial locations don't overlap.&amp;nbsp; Projection-on-the-fly makes it look like they do. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
