Limit entries in dynamic text when multiple items are in the view extent

I am using dynamic text to show information regarding points that appear in the view extent of my map in a map series. The problem is that is there are multiple points in the view extent, the dynamic text boxes display the information for all of the data.

Is there a way to get Arc Pro to only put the information for a particular item in the dynamic text boxes?

To create the map series, I created a series of polygons. There is a column in the polygon with the ID of the point it is centered on. I was thinking I might be able to use that to select which information I want the dynamic text boxes to show, but I haven't found any relevant articles.

I am using Arc Pro 3.2.0

It appears I have solved the visibility issue with a page query. I think I was trying to find the hard way to do it and didn't think about the easy way.
