We have structured our testing process into several stages:</P><OL><LI><P>ArcGIS Pro startup only.</P></LI><LI><P>ArcGIS Pro startup with a sample project.</P></LI><LI><P>ArcGIS Pro startup with a specific customer project.</P></LI></OL><P>Our final step is to test the <STRONG>ArcGIS Pro startup using the customer project with a Custom Add-in installed</STRONG>. To load the specific environment, ArcGIS Pro must be launched using the following command: "C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\bin\ArcGISPro.exe" /config:CustomConfiguration</P><P>The issue we are facing is that this configuration triggers a mandatory Portal login prompt.
