Starlink Problem - ArcGIS Pro

So I have a strange one.

I am attempting to use Starlink as my network. (Living rurally in New Zealand.)

Situation:

I can use Starlink just fine when I sign into AGOL webmaps/data the whole bit.

I can shift to another network and start ArcGIS Pro when open I can then switch to Starlink and all is good.

If I start ArcGIS Pro directly with Starlink it just hangs when opening a project/authenticate. I can even switch networks and as soon as I'm off Starlink it starts right up.

And best of all it used to work. My thought is that there is a port or setting in Starlink that needs to be open. It seems to be a bit of a black box.

Has anyone else had this problem. It seems to be limited to ArcGIS Pro.
