Repeating intro tutorials

I would like to repeat some of the intro tutorials "Label a Map", "Visualize Temporal Data", etc. but my searches pull up my previously completed exercises. How can I download, a fresh map so I can do the tutorial a second time?

are you following the links and suggestions from the help files?

First, thanks for responding.
Regarding your question the answer is yes - Portal > ArcGIS Online. I've tried to upload several of the tutorials to go through the exercise a second time and the result is always the same. My previously completed tutorial uploads.

To open the tutorial project packages, you need an active portal connection to ArcGIS Online. If you use ArcGIS Pro in a disconnected or restricted environment and cannot connect to ArcGIS Online, you can download the tutorial data from the links in the table below when circumstances permit.

The data for those looks like it is in ArcGIS Pro Project Packages (PPKX files). When you first open a PPKX file, it extracts a copy of the project to your Documents\ArcGIS\Packages folder. The project will have a name like the project package name, with a string of numbers after it. This project is what you'll be working on when you save and open it again to continue your work.

Perhaps a bit confusingly, when you open the PPKX file again, it checks to see if it has been extracted there, and if it has, it opens the project from your Documents\ArcGIS\Packages folder, rather than cloning a new copy.

To start fresh, rename, move, or delete this folder and then open the PPKX file again.

A new copy with the original data state will be created.
