Hello,

I've been in the process of preparing parcel data to be uploaded into a permitting management software, SmartGov. During this process I have been utilizing the feature service URL as a link to the Data. This data is being shared with SmartGov and when selecting the URL:

https://services5.arcgis.com/hV86T7YzQOwBJqd5/arcgis/rest/services/02122026_SMARTGOV_PARCELS/FeatureServer/0

the user is directed to a page with message:

Home

Token Required

The data is published and shared within the organization. How can this data be "tokenized"? As the source to this data is publicly available, would it be appropriate to share with "everyone"?

Please respond with an explanation of the situation as well as directions on how to proceed.
