    <description>&lt;P&gt;Rotating the symbol isn't the problem, but keeping it in sync with the map rotation is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That is, I can set the symbol's rotation to 45° to go from + to ×, but then it will always be shown as ×, even if the map rotation is, say, 60°&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have added a 'measured grid' to my page layout, and rather than gridlines, I am trying to show only the intersection points with a &lt;STRONG&gt;+&lt;/STRONG&gt; symbol.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, the symbols don't respect the map's rotation, and always have the same angle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The angle alignment is set to&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Map&lt;/EM&gt;, but I'm not entirely sure this does what I think it should do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this possible at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.5&lt;/P&gt;</description>
